God Is the Super Above the Natural

by | May 20, 2023 | Spirit-Led Living, Supernatural & Dreams

Like the second hand of a clock, these days are ticking by at a more accelerated pace. Time is being compressed at such an alarming rate that it feels as if it is hard for our body, mind and spirit to keep up.

The result? Stress and inner turmoil that can wreak havoc with your peace. If you are facing this kind of inner angst, it’s time to remember that God is greater than the highs and lows we face in this life.

God is the super above the natural realm. He is with us always and He is capable of helping us overcome whatever we may be facing (Rom. 8:28). No situation in your life is greater than God.

Are you dealing with uncertainty in one or more of these areas: a bad medical report; the loss of a job; a wayward child; a broken marriage; or financial issues? We all have been there and have dealt oftentimes with not just one of these issues, but several of them all at once.

In the natural realm, we could say that when it rains it pours. But when you think of your current problems, remember that God reigns and He pours out His blessing upon us when we go above the natural to the supernatural realm where He dwells on high.

Fellowship with God in prayer. Go into your prayer closet and watch how God will reveal to you the desires He has concerning you. This will infuse you with new hope to face anything in the natural realm.

With this new hope comes a new level of trust in which you will gain a new perspective of who God is. With this new perspective, you can live the “high life” of the most excellent kind. You will have higher thoughts, higher goals and a prayer life that brings you closer to the Most High God. As a result, God will show you just how close He is to you.

When you fully grasp, and hold onto with unshakable faith, that God is the super above the natural, the natural realm issues will fall away. The uncertainty will vanish, and peace will fill your soul.  As Jesus said in John 14:27, “My peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

God promises a peace that actually stands guard over your heart and mind. This peace will keep you and protect you through life’s most challenging and trying times. When you feel the peace of God, you are feeling the most important kind of peace. This comes from going high above the world’s clamor and chaos.

When you feel the peace of God, you will feel peace within—an emotional peace, an inward calm. When you feel the peace of God and peace within, you can more easily feel peace with other people in the midst difficulties, and in all of the issues that have been causing angst in your life.

It’s all about remembering that God is the super above everything in this natural realm. In Isaiah 26:3 it states that God will keep us in perfect peace if our minds are stayed on Him. Lean on Him, trust Him, center on Him and not your present affliction or hardship. Your tranquility of mind is perfect or imperfect to the degree your mind is stayed on Him.

Jesus is our High Priest seated at the right hand of the Father, high above this natural realm. He can fully sympathize with us, no matter where we are in life, what we have seen or done or what has happened to us. He knows what it is like to be hungry, weak, physically drained, betrayed, misunderstood, stressed, mocked and tortured. Jesus felt all of these things and more, firsthand. He delivers us out of every trial and saves us from our afflictions (Ps. 34:19).

When you feel the clock ticking, the acceleration and the compression of these last days, go high and go boldly to the throne of grace through Jesus. Ask for what you need and expect to receive. When we go high above the natural to the supernatural, we are sure to obtain mercy and find grace in our time of need (Heb. 4:15).

God is higher than anything and anyone, outshining everything you can see in the skies (Ps. 113:4-6).

Set your mind on things above, not on earthly things (Col. 3:2). {eoa}
