Prophetic Word: Take Up Your Crown of Thorns and Follow Me

by | May 6, 2021 | Prophetic Insight

Our King’s Present-Day Revelation

“Do you still see Me in My greatest day of sorrow? Hanging on the cross was just part of the cost I paid for your sins. If you still seek to find Me hanging on the cross, I am not there. I am no longer the slain Lamb of G-D! I am the King of heaven and earth. I am the Lion of Judah crowned to lead you through this life and to the other side of the veil.

“To fulfill My promise, I had to pay a greater price for your sins—those committed before, as well as after being born again. In order to take back what was given away by Adam and Eve, I had to retrieve the keys to heaven and hell. Going into the depths of the earth, I took back the keys of hell, burning passionately while preaching to those in captivity.”

It Is Written

“For Christ also has once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, so that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but made alive by the Spirit, by whom He also went and preached to the spirits in prison” (1 Pet. 3:18-19).

“At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two, from the top to the bottom. And the ground shook, and the rocks split apart. The graves also were opened, and many bodies of the saints who had died were raised, and coming out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the Holy City and appeared to many” (Matt. 27:51-53).

Decree and Declare

We decree and declare to You, master of all things, unshaken by what we see ahead of us, we totally trust You to guide us through this wilderness of desperation.

Lord G-D, in the Holy Scriptures You say we are to be the head, not the tail, the lender, not the borrower. However, we know not how to deal with such evil-spirited rulers and lawless lawmakers. How can we trust their words or even their laws? We declare and decree You do care for Your people, and You will show us how to get through these treacherous times.

Your crown of thorns has long since been removed from Your brow and replaced with a crown of the finest of metals and stones of the highest order. Lead us Jesus; we will follow Your Spirit wherever You desire to take us.

It Is Written

“Blessed is the man who endures temptation, for when he is tried, he will receive the crown of life, which the Lord has promised to those who love Him” (James 1:12).

Take Up the Anointed Mantle

Our King is calling us to wear His anointed mantle. We must crucify any and all worldly thoughts by wearing a crown of thorns. We must purge and sanctify our minds by removing all thoughts of the world’s ways and leave a blank slate in our souls for Jesus to write upon. His ways and thoughts will dictate our actions for the remainder of our years. Our honor will come as we are called to serve Jesus as hand of the King.

Those who chose to follow Jesus will be blessed with an anointed mantle. Many will experience His amazing power and various impartations each time the mantle covers their head while in prayer.

Take your mantle, strike the ground where you pray each day and the voices of the world shall be silenced by the voices that come from the throne room of G-D.

It Is Written

“After this I looked. And there was an open door in heaven. The first voice I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, ‘Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this.’ Immediately I was in the Spirit. And there was a throne set in heaven with One sitting on the throne!” (Rev. 4:1-2).

How the Holy Spirit Can Restore Your True Sanity

Why Partial Obedience to God is Disobedience

My husband had a saying for our children growing up. “Partial obedience is disobedience.” He wanted them to understand that doing half the plan would not get them the full reward. Another reminder we used to tell our kids was, “Don’t think about it, don’t hesitate,...

Can You Discern Spiritual Wind?

The wind is a funny thing. We do not know where it comes from nor where it goes. We cannot see it, but we can see and feel its effects. Wind can be gentle and refreshing, cold or hot, strong, and dangerous, and everything in between. When the wind blows, we must...

Messianic Rabbi: He That Has an Eye, Let Him Hear

It is interesting that, as a Messianic rabbi the question I am asked most often by Christians is if I believe that they as Christians have to celebrate, or observe, the biblical Holy Days. They are usually asking about those days listed in Leviticus 23: Shabbat, Yom...

The Biblical Way to Rise Above Mediocre Expectations

The Biblical Way to Rise Above Mediocre Expectations

We spend a lot of life figuring out if we “measure up,” a phrase someone coined in the mid-1800s. Even in childhood, we begin comparing ourselves with siblings and kids at school, and it never seems to stop. The problem goes back to Cain and Abel, doesn’t it? Most of...

A Better Way to Witness to Others for Christ

”Don’t you see how wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Does this mean nothing to you? Can’t you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin?” (Rom. 2:4). Looking retrospectively at my past as an atheist, I can see where God...

Why Does God Want Us to Speak with Tongues?

Why Does God Want Us to Speak with Tongues?

Why speak with tongues? There are many reasons for speaking in a spiritual language. Primarily, though, the Scriptures require it. The apostle Paul commanded us, saying, “Pray in the Spirit always” (Eph. 6:18). Jude commanded it in verse 20, saying, “Pray in the Holy...
