Prophet to a Nation

A prophet to a nation. Could you be one? Could I be?

That is what has gripped me as I have watched the moral decay and the demonic agenda of the enemy clobbering the nation I love and call home: America.

What has happened over the last few years to advance demonic agendas in government has only strengthened my resolve to see relationally healthy, emotionally well and powerfully gifted prophets come forth.

God does nothing without His prophets. Therefore, we must see many more raised up to see what God desires to accomplish on this earth.

His plans are for good and not for destruction, in case you were wondering. But how do we see His good plans come forth in our nations?

It’s going to take someone like you and I that say yes. What if we had a prophet in every nation that ministered at a national level to national leaders and their words also resounded to the nation of people they served as a prophet?

That’d be a good start. But then we’d need thousands of prophets in every sector of society, government, business, school systems, etc., to bring what God wants to bring into the earth.

Maybe you are called to be a national prophet but maybe, just maybe, God will start you at a local or regional level. As you are faithful to minister there, then more opportunities on a wider scale will come.

I started ministering to my city manager and we became friends in the small city of Willits, population 6,000 on a good day. After 11 years pastoring there, I then moved into another city, Vacaville. I found myself ministering to national leaders in other countries, a few senators in the state of California where I live and other government leaders.

You start with what is before you, then God will open other doors. We need prophets in every sphere. Government prophets. Prophets to a nation.
