Recently as I was talking to the Lord, I heard Him speak this over many people: “Get up again! Get ferocious in faith over the vision and what I have promised you. You are stepping into a grand manifestation.”
At that moment, I sensed an empowering wind of the Holy Spirit blowing fiercely into the lives of many men and women who’ve felt like they have been “beaten down” over the visions and promises of the Lord that they have been carrying.
These people had been teetering on the edge, not wanting to fight over the vision or the promise anymore; but when the Lord spoke those words, “Get up again!” there was such a strong, renewed sense of resolve. There was such a strong sense of resurrection power in His presence. A fresh, empowering wind of the Holy Spirit blew upon them as they stood up with a resolve that was rooted in the faithfulness of God to fulfill and accomplish that which He had spoken.
I heard the Lord say, “It is time for My church to come out of hiding and fulfill My purpose. I am raising up those who will be deliverers to this generation. The earth is groaning and travailing. The time is now! You have been hidden away, but now you have outgrown the place of concealment. I am setting up divine connections for you that will propel you into your purpose. I will cause you to be raised up in the very place that once threatened your destiny. I am causing a turnaround for you. The enemy’s verdict, plots, plans and schemes will now be overturned.”
While I was in prayer, the Lord began to speak to me about the time in which we live. He revealed to me that we are in an Exodus moment. The spirit of Pharaoh has been oppressing His people far too long. God has heard the cry of His people.
In the book of Exodus, the children of Israel had been afflicted by taskmasters. In fact, Pharaoh issued an order that all the male babies were to be thrown into the river to drown. An assassin spirit had been sent among the children of God with a mission to kill. That same assassin spirit has been given an order to kill your destiny too, but the good news is that its orders have been overturned! The same God who brought the children of Israel out of Egypt is coming on the scene to bring you out from destruction!
As believers, we are kingdom citizens and not of this world. We don’t abide by this world’s economy and the natural things happening.
Repeatedly over the last four weeks I’ve been hearing from the Lord, “Don’t look at the circumstances of this world. We are not of this world. Get your eyes off the natural.”
It is so strong in my heart and spirit. I can’t remember a time a word kept stirring inside me like this word. I’ve been hearing the Lord say there are multiple blessings in this season—they are already in the works—and not to look at our natural surroundings. He is a God that is not bound by this world. Live by faith, not by sight.
I’m not the kind of guy who sees Satan behind every bush. But it doesn’t take much discernment to see who’s manipulating events in our country these days. This was never more obvious than this past weekend, when outraged pro-abortion protesters set a pro-life ministry’s building on fire in Wisconsin, vandalized a pregnancy clinic in Texas and barged into Catholic churches on Mother’s Day to disrupt worship services.
The person who threw a Molotov cocktail into the offices of Wisconsin Family Action in Madison, Wisconsin, also scribbled graffiti on the pro-life organization’s building. The message said: “If abortions aren’t safe, you aren’t either.” On May 8, a pro-abortion activist who agreed with the arson attempt in Madison tweeted that she hoped pro-lifers would “never know a moment of peace or safety until they rot in the ground.”
Why so much hate? Pro-abortion organizations are reacting to the unprecedented leak of a legal opinion from the U.S. Supreme Court, which states that the 1973 Roe v. Wade opinion legalizing abortion should be overturned. The ruling isn’t official yet, but furious activists hit the streets on May 3, immediately after the leak went public.
Some years ago, I had a profound dream that I know was from the Lord. It was very surreal and prophetic.
The Lord has been impressing upon me to share it, as it will help many who are in transition. The dream had five distinct segments, each revealing transitions in the journey of fulfilling our destiny as we are led by the Holy Spirit.
A Dream of Transition
The first part of the dream was black and white. I was on a mountain, crouching against bare boulders. I didn’t realize how high up I was until airplanes began flying next to me. They were solid, gray and looked like fighter planes. They kept coming closer, one after another, until they were nearly brushing me. The noise and wind from the planes was intense. {eoa}
