Train Master released earlier this month and offers lessons about honesty and kindness through the story of a business clash between two railroad-owning families.
Jeremiah Wilson, who works for Western Railroad, lives, eats and breathes the rails. The young Brett Banner purchases Western Railroad and he fires Jeremiah, even though he’s close to retirement.
These two do not see eye to eye. But when a group of kids, including Brett’s son and Jeremiah’s grandchildren, end up on a runaway train engine the men have to put their differences aside to help save them.
The film, which has won several awards, was written and directed by Phil Bransom and is dedicated to his young son, Douglas, a train enthusiast who died May 2006. This 94-minute family drama includes behind-the-scenes extras.
