Beni, my wife of 49 years, died on July 13 of last year. She was the love of my life. We started dating when she was 16 and I was 19. We married two years later. I am a better person in every way because she was in my life. Together we have three children with three amazing spouses, and 11 grandchildren. Philippians 4:8 says to think on things that are true, noble, just, pure, lovely, of good report and praiseworthy. For years I’ve told people that if I had a challenge in my thought life, all I had to do was think about my wife—because she was all of those things. It’s true. In this season, God is teaching me much about how He uses grief to heal and comfort us as He draws us closer to Himself.
Beni died after a long battle with cancer. For the last 15 months or so, I was by her side day after day. Cancer is a disease that we see healed regularly. And while she is now forever with Jesus, perfectly well, never to die again, those of us who remain are still facing pain, confusion and tremendous loss.
Pretending all is well when it isn’t doesn’t help. I must anchor my soul to who He is and what He has promised. Otherwise, I will spend my days wandering without a sense of purpose, never settling into why I am alive. Who He is remains the foundation of my life.
Security Camera Catches Miraculous Moment on Video
An apartment security camera caught a miraculous moment on video when a maintenance man entered an apartment and fell to the ground giving God praise because of what he saw when he entered the door.
Yasmyn Crespo was sitting at work when a notification popped up on her phone alerting her that someone had entered her home. “I checked the living room camera and once I did what you see in the video was happening live. It blessed me, it blessed all of my coworkers. We were just in shock. Those who weren’t believers felt the Spirit of God moving,” she said in a Charisma magazine interview.
In the video which has since been posted to TikTok and has garnered over 2.6 million views, the man notices a Bible verse of the day written on the wall. Crespo says she normally changes the verse each morning for a new day, but on that particular morning, the Holy Spirit stopped her in her tracks.
Former Satanist John Ramirez Exposes After School Satan Clubs
Former Satanist John Ramirez has been on a mission to expose the kingdom of darkness since he gave his life to Jesus. His heart is for everyday Christians to understand and be aware of what’s happening in the spirit realm around them. Now, with After School Satan Clubs being introduced in schools, he is exposing the lie that they claim they don’t actually worship Satan.
“These clubs, these Satanism people, how they dress things up, how they introduce things to people, how they finesse it and say they don’t worship Satan. They are a bunch of liars,” Evangelist Ramirez says.
He equates their lie to someone saying they are a Christian, yet they don’t believe in Jesus. “In the foundation of whatever you follow, there has to be a deity,” he says.
New Cult Infiltrates American Churches
Is a new cult infiltrating Christian churches in America? Pastor Alexander Pagani is sounding the alarm to pastors and congregants everywhere after a group of people started attending his church meetings to recruit his congregants to join what has become one of the fastest-growing religious organizations in the world.
At the beginning of the year, Pagani felt God was leading him to start focusing on the principles of the kingdom of God in his teachings. One particular Wednesday night he noticed some new people coming to the services, which isn’t out of the blue for their church. The weeks continued and the group of people continued to come to the service showing a lot of interest in his teachings.
“Last Wednesday after the services they began to speak to me about a Bible study but something on the inside of me started to go off,” he says in our Charisma magazine interview.
