God Portals and God Gates

That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth” (Deut. 11:21, KJV).

I would like to hone in on one phrase from this passage, “days of heaven upon the earth.” In this Scripture, God says there will come a time that the children of God will feel like it’s “heaven on the earth.” I believe this is the time in which we are entering. It’s an unprecedented moment in time where heaven and earth will kiss, and the glory of God will be released in measures that we have never seen before.

“And the LORD said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows; and I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out” (Ex. 3:7-8a).

The Lord is speaking to Moses, and He says not only does He hear the cry of His people, but He is coming down to bring them out. In the Spirit, I believe God has heard a cry coming up from the nations for help and deliverance.

With this in mind, we must understand “God portals” and “God gates.” God portals are geographical locations God has chosen. These are places where God has poured out His Spirit in the past with the visitation of His presence and manifested His miraculous ability in the earth. These are old landmarks of revival. The enemy has since built strongholds of darkness, and there has been no access for the Spirit of God. These God portals are about to open in this nation and in the earth. I believe that Los Angeles (Azusa Street); Topeka, Kansas; Miami, Florida; upstate New York; Spokane, Washington; and Nashville, Tennessee, to name a few, are God portals, as well as many other cities in this nation and around the world. All of these places have roots of revival in the past that God is about to revisit.

God gates are people God is raising up to access these geographical locations. God gates are men and women who will become openings for God to flow through to release His purpose in the earth. God is about to release an unprecedented move of His glory. Out of these areas, there will be a rerelease of the presence of God that will flow out like waves into surrounding areas. The glory and the anointing of the Lord will be released from heaven, and we will see the arm of the Lord revealed as we’ve never seen before. God must have men and women—God gates—whom He can put into these God portals.

Over time, people who had great gifts and talents have become sidetracked. When God started using them, they began to use their gifts to build their own kingdoms. When things like this happen, God no longer has access to flow through them because ambition and pride stop the flow. The Lord then takes godly men and women through a process of purifying. Sometimes this process takes years, even decades. He places them in the refiner’s fire to burn out ambition, desire, ego and pride until they are able to say wholeheartedly, “Not my will, but thine, be done” (Luke 22:42b,).

Some of you live in areas where you think, “God, why is it so hard?” Could it be that you are in the epicenter of where revival will come—a God portal—and the enemy is trying to make sure that doesn’t happen? Could it be that God has hidden you and is about to release you as a God gate? Could it be that you are a God gate in a God portal? I want to encourage you—don’t give up!

When this outpouring comes, divine favor will come with it. We will begin to raise the dead, open the eyes of the blind, see people miraculously healed. We will see creative miracles take place. But all these signs and wonders will pale in comparison to the greatest thing yet to come—the presence of Almighty God. The glory of God is coming back to the church.

“Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in” (Psalm 24:9, NKJV).
