How do we begin to heal?
In the past year, many have referred to 2 Chronicles 7:14 (NKJV) when it comes to healing, specifically healing of the nation.
“If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land” (author emphasis added).
Notice the emphasized words in this Scripture. There must be unity among God’s people for healing to happen.
To Heal, God’s People Must Be in Unity and …
— Humble themselves.
— Pray and seek the face of God.
— Turn away from wicked ways, which is any instruction that does not align with God’s ways.
It is then the Lord promises to forgive the nation’s sin and heal their land.
This is our Father’s heart, that His people—Jew and Gentile—become one, united in Him. He longs for us to seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit so that we can walk in His ways. And as a response to this covenant act, He will heal.
“For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink into one Spirit” (1 Cor. 12:13).
— We need the Father’s healing.
— We need the Father’s love.
— We need unity among the believers to release His healing and love into the nation.
Psalm 133:1-3 (TPT) says this:
“How truly wonderful and delightful to see brothers and sisters living together in sweet unity! It’s as precious as the sacred scented oil flowing from the head of the high priest Aaron, dripping down upon his beard and running all the way down to the hem of his priestly robes. This heavenly harmony can be compared to the dew dripping down from the skies upon Mount Hermon, refreshing the mountain slopes of Israel. For from this realm of sweet harmony God will release his eternal blessing, the promise of life forever!” (Emphasis added.)
Sweet unity; oil flowing.
We are kings and priests. Our Father is ready for us to come together in sweet unity. He wants to release an anointing upon us so that His heavenly peace drips down from heaven to earth.
When does this release take place?
God’s Calendar Creates Divine Appointments
God is a God of order, not chaos. He has established all things to work according to His plan and design. Unfortunately, over time, many of us, including believers, have gotten out of alignment with God’s calendar.
But when we seek His heart, setting our clocks to His, we are promised blessings such as:
— Divine protection.
— Protection from enemies through positioning and alignment.
— Commissioning of divine authority.
— Supernatural health and kingdom prosperity.
— Covenant protection for multiplication and longevity.
— A godly release of fear and respect from enemies.
— Relief from the threat of enemies.
— The gift of dominion and an increased inheritance.
— Freedom from corrupt covenants.
These are nine blessings released during Passover—a divine appointment according to God’s calendar, not man’s.
Passover 2021/5781 is a time to heal the nations. It is a time for us to come together in unity, to accept the invitation to sit at His table, fellowship with Him and get to know His heart.
— The Father’s heart is to protect His children.
— The Father’s heart is for His children to receive the anointing of commissioning divine authority.
— The Father’s heart is wickedness destroyed and covenant restoration taking its place.
God’s Calendar Creates Divine Opportunities
Gathering together according to His ways, which are outlined on His calendar, creates opportunities for us as His people.
We suddenly become a part of His plan of restoring and healing the nations.
During Passover, There Are Opportunities to Be Part of the Lord’s …
— Divine protection: As our calling goes higher, the resistance of the enemy grows. The promises of God’s protection are released when we meet Him at His table.
To heal the nations, we need an angel to go before us, keeping us on the path that the Lord has prepared.
“Behold, I send an Angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared” (Ex. 23:20, NKJV).
— Divine authority: Going higher in our call requires greater levels of authority. When God commissions and allows us to utilize His authority, we are able to break down the sacred pillars of false gods in the nations.
“You shall not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do according to their works; but you shall utterly overthrow them and completely break down their sacred pillars” (Ex. 23:24).
A Godly Release of Fear and Respect From Our Enemies
A nation becomes “sick” when enemies attack. If we want to heal the nations, we must have the right tools. God releases divine protection for us, but He also releases godly fear and respect for our nation’s enemies. This way, when we battle in the Spirit, they will respect the godly authority we’ve been given so that we can inherit the land.
At Passover, the release of this blessing is promised.
“I will send My fear before you, I will cause confusion among all the people to whom you come, and will make all your enemies turn their backs to you. … Little by little I will drive them out from before you, until you have increased, and you inherit the land” (Ex. 23:27, 30).
The Takeaway
This significance of Passover 2021/5781 is that it is a time for us to come together, unified and equipped to the be remnant army that takes up our assignment to heal the land, to heal the nations.
