Apostolic Prophetic Intercessor: History Belongs to the Intercessors

We are roughly a month away from our presidential election here in the United States. While 2020 has undoubtedly brought not just Americans but people across the globe into unknown and unseen circumstances, perhaps what has been even more prevalent than a disease has been the sweeping spiritual warfare of chaos and confusion.

In effort to shine some light into these challenging days, Booth To Ballot is releasing a series of interviews, “The Back Rooms of History.”

Over the last four years, there have been limited public accounts as to just how in-depth and intentional the Trump administration has been to not only protect religious liberty, but also to actively invite pastors, worship leaders and intercessors into the hallways and meeting spaces of government offices.

One of the great voices to our generation, a man who is a father in the faith, and a general in the halls of heaven is Lou Engle. Lou has often been quoted saying, “history belongs to the intercessors!”

There is so much truth behind those words. Intercessors are not just people who pray, but they are people who are strategic and prophetic. They seek the kingdom of heaven, they find what is on the Father’s heart and they pray what they hear Jesus, the great intercessor, praying.

Intercessors are people who know how to stand in the gap for a nation. They know how to carry out God’s will on the earth, as Jesus taught us to pray for the Father’s will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. Therefore, we know if Jesus tells us to pray for God’s will, then God’s will can only be manifested when we pray.

Intercessors understand the invitation to join God in governing the earth through prayer.

So, yes, history belongs to the intercessors!

Great nations are built, righteous leaders are established and history is forged by those who pray.

Jill Noble is one of those great intercessors. She is privileged to join prayer calls from the White House. In this episode of Booth to Ballot, hear behind the scene stories of how God is moving in the halls of government, along with Jill’s personal prayer strategies during this election season. {eoa}
