Leaders face challenging situations all the time, and we are called to face them in different ways. We simply cannot lead the same way in every situation or circumstance. We must adjust, pivot, adapt and shift the way we interact with the problem or opportunity in front of us.
Looking at the life of Moses—an incredible supernatural leader in the Bible—we see that his leadership looked different during various seasons of his life.
I believe, as we continue to come face-to-face in this season with the obstacles and opportunities before us, we may have to show or express a different side or “face” of our leadership.
