(PART 1)

As a little child rests her head against her mother’s breast in sleep, so we should be able to rest contentedly in God Himself.

READ: Ps. 4:8; Ps. 62:5; Ps. 131:2; Hab. 3:17-18; Matt. 6:25-30; Matt. 18:1-4.
HEART ISSUE: Is God Himself truly all you need or desire?
PRAYER FOCUS: Father, I lift my hands to You and ask You to pick me up. Hold me close to You, and my soul will be satisfied. Amen.

(PART 2)

On judgment day, the daughters and sons of God will see the loving Father, but the lost will see the righteous Judge. What will matter then are His feelings toward us, not our feelings toward Him.

READ: Ps. 62:2; Ps. 103:13; John 5:24-29; Rom. 8:14-16; Gal. 4:6-7; 2 Pet. 2:9.
HEART ISSUE: Are you ready right now to stand before God in eternity? Are you confident that the judge of the whole world really is your father?
PRAYER FOCUS: Father, I realize that all my ministries, experiences, promises and revelations will not save me on judgment day. I know I’ll be safe that day simply because You are my Father. Amen.
