What if the God You Worship Is Different Than the God of the Bible?

by | Dec 8, 2017 | Charisma Archive, Sponsored Content

Most people, whether they are aware of it or not, perceive God through the lens of their own lives.

Sometimes this can be through religious traditions, family members, cultural norms or just their general life experiences.

Through my 30-plus years of study, I have come to realize is that there is a very different God in the Bible than what our life experiences may have taught us.

It’s important that we as Christians worship the God of the Bible, and not our ideas of who God is. Some people take it for granted that they know God, yet when they compare their concept of God to the God revealed in the Scriptures, they can find that they are entirely wrong.

I realize that some Christians will be satisfied with what other people have told them about God, or who they think God is, based on their life experiences, and they will stop at that.

Other Christians, who want to know who God really is, and worship Him in Spirit and truth, will find that my book Ideolatry will help immensely.

By the way, here is a 5-star Amazon review from September 28th of this year that moved me:

This is a very challenging book in a good way. It makes one rethink their theology and what the truth really is concerning God and what He has done for us and how He interacts with us. The book is instructive and teaches the truth of the Word with the Word, letting the Truth speak for itself. Dr. Masek simply points the reader to the Word. I particularly liked the diagram/description of how God separates us from sin as far as the east is from the west on page 338. Ideolatry clearly explains God’s role in our life and what our responsibility is but also God’s plan of salvation through Jesus Christ. I am especially appreciative of the contents of the book but even the quality of the paper and printing add to the impressiveness of the book. – Rhonda Stone

I hope you will consider purchasing this book and finding out who the real God of the Bible is!

Sincerely,

Dr. Rich Masek

P.S. If you aren’t convinced you want to purchase the book yet, here is a FREE CHAPTER to enjoy!

P.S.S.  If you are wondering why the book is so expensive, it might be the highest quality book you ever buy in your life. I get a ton of comments about the production quality of the book!  It’s hardcover with 432 pages (2.8 pounds) of quality content. There are more than 450 indexed scriptures, a detailed Timeline, an extensive Bibliography, detailed Endnotes, 38 color images, 10 tables and the words of Jesus in red.

Spirit-Filled Pastor: Can I Ask God for Confirmation?

There are many incidents of God giving people a sign throughout the Bible. Although I believe God still does this, I also believe that we must be careful. Asking for a sign can be misleading if other factors are not taken into consideration. In Genesis, we find an...

Man Who Spent 23 Minutes in Hell: Are You Ready To Meet Jesus?

The last words Jesus spoke to me in my 23 Minutes In Hell vision were, “Tell them I am coming very, very soon.” Then He repeated Himself and said again, “Tell them I am coming very, very soon.” The Bible is clear that Jesus is coming back to rapture His believers,...
