Do you want to discover and move in the gifts of the Spirit? As believers, we’re called to move in the supernatural demonstration of the Spirit’s gifts.
God has divine connections and appointments for us daily—opportunities to be a blessing to others. Do you want to be a conduit for blessing others? Simply ask the Lord what His is doing and what He wants you to do. If you make yourself available to the Holy Spirit, He can download a word of knowledge, encouragement, a scripture or healing to whomever you are ministering.
Greg Mohr wrote “Flowing in the Supernatural” to provide believers with practical instruction and helpful guidance for operating in the gifts of the Spirit. If you’re unfamiliar with the idea of flowing in the Spirit, allow yourself to be open to the unfamiliar and trust God. But also be discerning to understand the difference between what’s unfamiliar and what’s unbiblical.
There are certain gifts that people use today that sometimes causes Christians to tune out. Yet God wants us to be open to different types of gifts. Don’t tune people out who are walking in the supernatural because it seems strange to you. As long as it doesn’t violate the Word, we need to stay open. God still moves as He sees fit, regardless of your comfort zone. If these gifts are drawing people to the Lord, and causing them to get closer to God and into the Word, then they are from the Holy Spirit.
God wants to release His people and He needs you operating in the gifts of the Spirit. Make yourself available to Him and God will use you to help heal and deliver people, and see people saved and set free.
Do you have loved ones that need the Lord? God knows how to reach your family. Many times it’s not through your preaching or teaching. But you can pray and God can send people to them. If you’re available and present to the Holy Spirit, He can show us what our loved ones need. He’ll give us Scripture, a word, and show us what to do to minister His love to our family. Our role is to trust and act on the Spirit’s urging.
