As a pastor, I’ve heard amazing stories over the years of Christians being set free from the power of darkness—whether it’s a woman being delivered from her past involvement in the occult, or a worship leader being delivered from his past—the Bible is clear that demonic oppression is real.

But how can we discern if it’s a demon or just a bad day? How can we know what the best course of action is: discipline, or deliverance?
