There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. —Psalms 91:10–11
Dear reader, we are now in the dark days, and many who read these lines will have to go through great danger, persecution, and hard trials, remaining true to God. We must stand for His Word, honor and glorify His name, and He will protect us.
We can have faith that we will live until Jesus comes. Claim the promise that He will shield us from all dangers, from all the arrows of the enemy, and from the pestilence, so that no plague will come near us. The promises contained in the ninety-first psalm are true for all God’s children in these last days.
Oh! Glory to His name that liveth forever and ever, who is able to deliver His children out of all their troubles. Then why fear when troubles come? We must have trials to perfect us for our future home.
I trust You, Lord, to guard me with Your
angels and to perfect me through
all the trials. Amen.
