In His Word, God has shown you the right and the wrong paths to position yourself in the place of His powerful presence. These steps, like gateways, will lead you to Him and make you a powerful intercessor.
READ: 2 Chr. 26:4-23; Ps. 42:1; Lev. 10:1-3; Num. 16:1-5; 2 Pet. 1:10; Luke 18:1-8.
HEART ISSUE: You can start today becoming a more effective prayer warrior. Begin by waiting on the Lord, giving all of yourself to Him. Ask Him to prepare your spirit for His presence by cleansing, purifying and healing you in all areas of your life.
PRAYER FOCUS: Father, thank You for giving me the privilege of serving You today. As a woman of faith, make me a doer of Your Word and let me pray with a greater awareness that I am in Your very presence. Amen.
(PART 2)
Intercession involves entering in to the presence of God so He can use us to powerfully impact others. God’s Word gives us the tools and the instruction we need on how to be strong, effective prayer warriors who can make a difference for the kingdom.
READ: Num. 12:7-8; Eccl. 10:1; Prov. 14:12; 2 Cor. 5:17; John 10:27; Heb. 6:17-20.
HEART ISSUE: As you begin to walk more closely with God each day, consider moving from the outer court to the Holy place and into the Most Holy place of His presence. Not only will you begin to feel Him more in your life, but others around you will feel Him.
PRAYER FOCUS: Father, I acknowledge that I am called first into Your holy presence, then into Your service. You have chosen me to make a difference in this world. Let my family, friends, co-workers and strangers experience Your presence through me. Amen.
