Many within the church have been deceptively rocked to sleep by the end-time battle strategies of Satan.
In the name of unity, many have been stripped of their convictions and have chosen to go along to get along. They abide by whatever new rule, regulation or mandate Satan has packaged in governmental authority and unleashed as a weapon of fear. Once the enemy strikes their hearts with fear, he slowly rocks them into a spiritual comatose state making them ineffective in the earth.
This is not the sound of a woke church in these perilous times! The woke church redeems the time, for the days are evil. The woke church is a mobilized, end-time army in the last days that has not been given a spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind. The woke church lives a life driven by eternity and dressed for battle at all times.
Romans 13:11-12 says, “Furthermore, knowing the time, now is the moment to awake from sleep. For now our salvation is nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us take off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light. “In a moment, in a twinkling of an eye, as lightning flashes from the east to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. Light travels at the speed of 186,400 miles per second. In faster than you can blink an eye, angels could be escorting you into heaven for eternity and your power to make a difference in this earth is suddenly over.
The time is now for the ‘woke church’ to rise up and be certain you are making a difference in the last days! You carry the most transformational message on the planet, which is the gospel of Jesus Christ that must be preached unrestricted.
The woke church will bring the awakening as they are a remnant people in the last days that fear no man nor any plan of the enemy. Are you of the people who have emerged out of a spiritual slumber and can see that you are not fighting a political battle in the earth but a spiritual battle?
These three Scriptures consistently rise up in my spirit as I consider the spiritual price tag of living a woke Christian life in the last days:
- 2 Timothy 3:12-13 says, “Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.
- 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says, “Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? You were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.”
- Revelation 12:11 says, “They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives unto the death.” {eoa}
