Dutch Sheets Declares Prophetic Word Over America

Flying the American flag upside down is an officially recognized signal of danger and distress. When done for the right reasons, it is not a sign of disrespect.

America is now in one of the most alarming seasons of her history, with decisions being made that could undo two and a half centuries of blessing. Moral decline, antichrist laws, a humanistic culture and Godless leaders have brought America to the point where we need to be resurrected, not just resuscitated.

Though it is impossible to overstate the damage inflicted over the past seven years by the current administration, much of the destruction actually began in the 1960s when God’s influence was removed from our schools. Our destruction originated in the Supreme Court. Interestingly, this was “prophesied” by Thomas Jefferson, whose greatest fear was that the courts would inappropriately take authority not afforded them by the Constitution—which he helped draft!

In 1821 Jefferson declared, “The germ of dissolution of our federal government is in the federal judiciary. An irresponsible body, working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little today and a little tomorrow, and advancing its noiseless step like a thief over the field of jurisdiction, until all shall be usurped from the states.”

The founders of our government never intended for the Judiciary to be the supreme branch of our government. Nowhere does our Constitution give them authority over our Executive and Legislative branches. The fact that nine unelected men and women could rule our nation as the Supreme Court now does, has resulted in “a despotic branch” in whose hands the Constitution has become a “thing of wax,” as was also feared and warned by Jefferson 200 years ago.

One of their own, the late Justice Antonin Scalia agreed, scathingly calling his colleagues “black robed masters,” and going on to say that “the Court has essentially liberated itself from the text of the Constitution…and from the traditions of the American people.” Scalia went on to express clearly that the Constitution “is not a living organism,” as the liberals like to state when twisting its meaning into what they want it to say.

Not only the Supreme Court, but others in the Judiciary system have run amuck. One of today’s liberal federal judges, Richard Posner, no longer even sees the need to twist the Constitution’s meaning in order to make his warped rulings. He simply admits that to him, and many other judges and attorneys today, the Constitution is irrelevant. “I see absolutely no value to a judge of spending decades, years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes, or seconds studying the Constitution, the history of its enactment, its amendments, and its implementation…the original Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the post-Civil War amendments (including the 14^th), do not speak to today.” (emphasis mine)

So, if you’re wondering where in the Constitution judges find the removing of prayer from schools, abortion rights, the redefining of marriage and other liberal positions, the answer is simple: they don’t. They simply legislate from the bench, according to their own desires and ideals, leading to an overly powerful judiciary branch with no remaining standard for which they must be held accountable.

This presidential election, more so even than the Bush and Obama years, are about the courts. Each of them appointed two justices, Bush appointing two Constitutionalists, Obama appointing two liberals who do not follow the Constitution. The next president will appoint at least two—and perhaps as many as five—Supreme Court Justices! They will also appoint hundreds of federal judges. Unequivocally, the next president, through his or her appointees, will shape America for another 40-50 years. And we certainly cannot survive 40 more years of tyranny from a godless, liberal bench.

We must pray as never before!
