“The Star of Bethlehem—was it legend or a miracle?” For centuries, scholars have debated whether a star truly marked the location of Christ’s birth, as the Bible states, or whether the early church created a mythical story of a star to dramatize the birth of Jesus.
This new documentary from producer Stephen McEveety of Mpower Pictures (The Passion of the Christ) examines Scripture, ancient writings and astronomical facts, and claims to prove the star’s existence. Viewers will also learn that the star had nine separate features, established a date for Jesus’ birth and death, and holds significance on us today.
