It’s no secret that life in the city can be tough. And pastor John Gunn (John Schneider) and his wife, Michelle (Jennifer O’Neill), with their Power Company Kids’ ministry are trying to make a difference.

When four particular kids keep making choices that could set them on the wrong path for life, John and Michelle decide to send them to John’s brother- and sister-in-law’s ranch.

Both couples believe that these kids will learn a lot by learning the “cowboy way.” Of course, everyone hits rough spots. But the experience teaches the kids that there is more to life than gangs, guns and drugs.

Unfortunately, the film quality falls short with a slow-moving plot and awkward acting. But the message conveyed is clear: Kids will understand that they always have a choice between right and wrong. Others will see that some people need help making the right yet, at times, difficult choice.
