Mark Rutland: ‘I Wish Someone Would Have Told Me’

by | Jan 12, 2015 | Business & Marketplace, Finances & Career

The National Institute of Christian Leadership (NICL) celebrates 5 years of preparing men and women to faithfully lead the church, ministry or business with which God has trusted them and to take their organization to the next level.

Over the past 5 years Dr. Mark Rutland, Founder and Director of the NICL, has used his 45+ years of leadership experience to walk NICL participants through dealing with management issues, budgeting, staff and volunteers, turnarounds, attendance barriers and much more.

Recently, Dr. Rutland appeared as a special guest on the Marcus and Joni show on Daystar television network.

“What I’m teaching is all the things I wish someone would have told me,” he said during the interview with Marcus and Joni.

Several of the Daystar crew personally went through the program and shared their personal experiences from attending the NICL.

“From a business background, to sit in a classroom with someone who has successfully turned around 3 major organizations, this is the best place to learn about the business side of ministry that no one else is talking about,” Rachel Lamb said.

Take an inside look, hear from several recent students and discover how the NICL has made an impact over the last 5 years.

Video Highlights:

• Capitalize on over 40 years of expert leadership experience

• Learn proven ways to move past tough growth barriers

• Turn difficult people and situations into positive outcomes

• Jump start an advanced degree with college credit

• Inquire about scholarship opportunities for qualifying pastors

Yes, Chris Bryant, Jesus really did address the subject of homosexuality, no matter how much you might want to twist the issue. After the Church of England recently set down an edict that forbid same-sex couples to marry but that each individual would receive "God's...
