God has a dream for you.
Do you ask God questions at night? I often do (and I encourage you to do this too).
Recently, I was going to sleep, and I prayed: God, do you have a dream? If You have a dream, would You like to share Your dream with me? And if You share Your dream with me, would You give me permission to share Your dream with others?
I wasn’t asking God If He had a dream about a certain city, a certain ministry, or a word for my life. I was asking God if He had a particular dream in His heart.
After this I fell asleep, and I had a very simple dream in which I saw myself sitting up in bed with my Bible opened. I could hear myself reading from Isaiah 60:1-3, “Arise shine for your light has come. And the glory of the Lord has risen upon you. For behold, darkness will cover the earth and deep darkness, the peoples, but the Lord will arise upon you and His glory will appear upon you. Nations will come to your light and kings to the brightness of your rising.”
I woke up from this dream to find myself sitting up in bed with my arms outstretched in praise to the Lord, prophesying Isaiah 60:1-3 out loud. This is fascinating because I had just asked God, “do You have a dream?”
God Has a Dream: You Partnering with Him in the Great Harvest
This is God’s dream: He welcomes you to partner with Him to see the greatest glory realm and harvest the world has ever seen.
In this encounter, God turned the question back on me—in a sense, He said, “I have a dream, but My dream includes you. My dream is for you. And My dream includes you, because My dream is about a divine participation, where together we are going to see the greatest harvest that the world has ever seen.”
God’s dream involves you. His glory will appear amid the greatest times of darkness on earth, and where even people of great influence will experience genuine changes of heart.
Don’t you think that’s a pretty good dream?
God’s dream includes you. He wants His dream to come to pass by partnering through you.
So, I want to give you a word of exhortation—God’s dream is for you to partner with him in the greatest harvest the world has ever seen. Will you partner with God’s dream?
