God blesses and energizes those who sacrifice by fasting sleep in order to pray. Special grace accompanies this experience, along with the privilege of witnessing miracles, healings and visitations of God’s Spirit.

HEART ISSUE: Waiting on God is essential. How have you been impacted by praying all night?
PRAYER FOCUS: Father, deliver us from the need to hurry and to achieve instant results to our petitions. Teach us to wait for Your word, so that we will know how to intercede in accordance with Your wishes. Waiting is not a discipline we naturally embrace, but because we love You, we are willing to learn–to change. Amen.
