Steve Strang, publisher and founder of Charisma magazine, is an award-winning journalist, entrepreneur, businessman and author. He is founder and president of Charisma Media, which in addition to Charisma, publishes Ministry Today, the Spanish magazine Vida Cristiana, The Church Bookstore, excel, Passage and two trade magazines. His Orlando, Fla., based company also includes Charisma House, Siloam, Creation House, CharismaKids, Casa Creación, Realms, and FrontLine plus many other innovative products that in the last 36 years have earned a reputation as the world’s leading charismatic publisher.
 Marcus Yoars is editor of Charisma. After serving as editor of Ministry Today for the past three years, Marcus now leads the team at Charisma as only the third editor in the magazine’s 35 years. Marcus has worked in publishing for more than 15 years as a writer and editor for magazines, books, newspapers and online ventures. His unique background (born and raised in Hong Kong as a missionary kid) and ministry experience (worship pastor for more than 12 years) help to shape an editorial vision that includes making Charisma more accessible, relevant and helpful than ever.
 Jennifer
LeClaire is news editor of Charisma. After freelancing for
Charisma for seven years, Jennifer now brings her blend of news savvy and
charismatic perspectives to the magazine. Jennifer has worked in publishing
since 1990 as a journalist, editor and marketing copywriter, and is also the
author of several Christian books, including The Heart of the Prophetic
and Doubtless: Faith that Overcomes the World. Her combination of
publishing and ministry experience offers a unique take on the news that matters
most to charismatic believers.
Felicia Abraham, associate editor, joined the Charisma team in August 2006. She graduated with a journalism degree from the University of South Florida. Go Bulls! She found her passion for the Web while she did an internship with TBO.com, WFLA and Tampa Tribune. Felicia also has a passion to see young people grow in their relationships with Christ and enjoys mentoring young ladies. Her wonderful parents and two younger brothers live in her hometown Tampa, Fla. Outside the office Felicia enjoys dancing, traveling, reading and playing sports with her friends and family.
Gina Meeks, assistant editor, graduated
from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism. She has
pursued journalism since she found her passion for writing in eighth grade.
Gina was on her high school newspaper all four years, acting as the
co-editor-in-chief her senior year. She continued her newspaper
experience at ISU’s Daily Vidette, where she was a copy-editor and
senior staff reporter. In addition to writing, she also loves to copy-edit,
design and take photos. Gina and her husband, Erik, are both from Illinois
and moved to Florida in August 2010.
J. Lee Grady, is contributing editor for Charisma. He was the magazine's editor for 11 years. He has been involved in Christian journalism since 1981 and has faced a monthly deadline ever since. A native of Atlanta, he has been with Charisma since 1992, serving as news editor, managing editor and then becoming editor in 1999. He and his wife, Deborah, have four daughters. Lee has won three first-place reporting awards from the Evangelical Press Association, and his monthly column in Charisma, "Fire in My Bones," has won awards from the Florida Magazine Association. Also an author, Lee's book 10 Lies the Church Tells Women, published in 2000, opened a unique door for him to preach internationally. He has since traveled to 12 nations, challenging the church to release women in ministry and to end abuse and gender discrimination. In his spare time Lee is trying to learn to speak Spanish.
